GM Builders is a collaboration between Marvin Williams and Gina Krost, who together have over 50 years of experience in residential construction and custom design. What started as a renovation company has blossomed into a custom new construction builder with the experience and knowledge to overcome any obstacle.

Marvin Williams began his career as a plumber, then as an electrician before evolving to a full blown general contractor. With years of experience, there is nothing he can't build.

Gina Krost started designing custom homes in Florida back in the early 90's, and quickly found a love for kitchen and bath design. Her intuition and style is only matched by keen eye for details that make a home stand out while still staying within budget.

Gina and Marvin teamed up in 2008 and have been successfully working together ever since. They have the experience and expertise to turn your vision into the home of your dreams.
